Find and flaunt my perfect red:
The colour red can never be labeled ‘out’ and hence, is a perfect fall-back options to instantly rev-up any look. Suitable for any occasion, be it formal or casual, the trend saves your grace even in rush. So, if you too love to flaunt your smoochers with utmost style, then, a perfect red can be a great shade to pick this year. Choose your red, based on the natural colour of your pout. Pale lips look gorgeous in cherry red or tomato red; for naturally reddish lips, try blood red or cranberry; while those with dark lips may try brick red, maroon and burgundy to look ravishing.

Another very important factor to keep in mind, while choosing a suitably perfect crimson, is your skin tone. Round-upon just the right hue based on your natural skin tone. If you have fair skin, blue-based reds like cherry reds should be your choice, while, an orange-based red hue is perfect for medium skin tones. Chocolate skinned beauties should use a purple-base red like ultra-ripe pomegranate shade to emerge as sassy diva.

Must include sunscreen in morning ritual:
The ever-depleting ozone layer and increasing cases of skin cancer have made wearing protection imperative. Also, we all are aware about sunscreen being helpful in protecting our skin and preventing signs of ageing like spots and wrinkles. Still, very few are using it on a regular and frequent basis. Some of us who apply it, either use very small amount or may less frequently apply it in a day. This makes our skin more prone to tan and other skin-issues.

It should be known that SPF (Sun Protection Factor) only refers to UVB protection. For protection from the UVA rays, the cream should contain Avobenzone, Oxybenzone, Mexoryl, Zinc Oxide or Titanium Dioxide and check the PA level of the sunscreen. Apply it 30 minutes before stepping out and re-apply after every 3 hours to ensure maximum defense. However, if you feel too sticky after its application, opt for lotions/gels/water resistant balms/sticks or sprays according to your skin-texture.

Make an ‘office-to-party’ make-up kit:
Admit it or not, sometimes it becomes inevitable to avoid a party straight-after a day’s work. And, no matter how hard you try to upkeep the freshness of your face, you always end up failing in it. So, this year, aim to keep a party-ready make-up kit handy, to always remain ready to go. This ought to include; few wet tissues, some blotting papers to wipe the make-up off in absence of water, a multi-tasking EE cream to add an instant glamour, a voluminous mascara to open up your peepers after a hard day’s work along with a coloured liner, red lipstick or one in poppy shade, are some absolute must have in the kit.

Along with this, a dry shampoo should also be there in your kit to revive your hair in a jiffy. Lastly, a perfume and some mints can make way for a crazy party night! Always remember to keep products that can do the task of several other products like a gel liner of kohl with eye shadow, a black eye shadow (kohl, shadow) and foundation (concealer and base) to carry light yet more.

Learning few chic make-up tricks:
To always keep your zeal up and confident in this ever-running corporate culture, you ought to look anything but best. Learning few make-up tricks will not only give heed to that creative soul in you, but will emerge helpful in to jazz up your look for a corporate meeting. Discover the art of doing ideal smokey eyes or drawing a perfect winged liner, to not appear as a part of crowd! Or, imbibe few more tricks like concealing your dark circles fabulously or getting a fabulous pout by using lip-plumper or the art of chiseling your cheekbones using a darker shade, will make you the most sought-after girl in your group. So, rush!

Make a habit of make-up removing before sleep:
This 2015, promise yourself that you will wipe all your make-up off before hitting the bed as the left over make-up drabs are food for bacteria, causing acne, blackheads and also ageing. Moreover, as your skin tends to replenish and regenerate its cells while you are asleep, the custom should be accompanied with a nourishing night cream too. And, carrying-out a perfect night-regime daily is just like going for a mini-facial every evening.

Wipe your make-up off using a cotton ball dipped in cleansing milk or vitamin E oil, making sure to remove all the bits, followed with washing the face off with a gentle face wash. Now, if you have normal-dry skin, apply a toner or an astringent, if you possess a combination of oily skin type, end-up with a moisturiser according to the season and get ready for your nap by applying a suitable nourishing night cream. Thereafter, remember, how well you pamper your skin, shows off on the very other day when you get up for a new day.
