It is curated by one of India’s top Bar and Beverage Consultant, Nitin Tewari along with Chef Vanshika Bhatia who has worked with renowned international restaurants like Noma, Junoon and Gaggan alongside some of the finest chefs like Chef Rene Redzepi and Chef Vikas Khanna. The restaurant is aiming at offering the best, by creating delightful and memorable experiences for their customers.
Chef Vanshika’s food philosophy for Together at 12th is ‘Freestyle’, focused on international cooking techniques, and based on local ingredients of the season, bringing out boldness and flavor pairing. The food menu has been thoughtfully created and styled in a way that brings back the fond memories of things she has loved and tasted in the past, giving it her own touch. It reflects the food of the different regions from where her team belongs.
The food is perfectly paired with cocktails using similar familiar ingredients to enhance the whole experience of dining. With the philosophy of showcasing India’s rich heritage, culture, diversity and resources through his cocktails, Nitin Tewari has curated a bar menu that is committed to using local and regional craftsmen for its wares, scents, music and more.

Delhi NCR definitely has a soft corner for terraces and rooftop restaurants. Together at 12this as much about the amazing views as it is about the food and drinks. On one side you can see the amazing infrastructure of Gurugram and on the other side is the view of the Aravallis. The décor of the restaurant is in sync with the idea of the dining experience. A contemporary & cheerfully landscaped space, with a muted palette of colors to accentuate the F&B being served within itself. It’s a theatre, where new culinary experiences come together in an environment of joy and laughter. Going with the theme of hero-inglocal ingredients, even the materials used for construction are entirely Indian. Dhaulpur and Kadappa Stones along with the expansive views brings with it an ambiance that is truly hard to replicate.
Even the plants and greens used in the restaurant have a meaning behind them. These plants are mostly all edible and will be used in the food and drinks of the restaurant along with just serving as décor. Each light, fixture, furniture and nick knack has been handpicked and curated by the team with love and they plan to translate their own love for food, drinks and Delhi NCR into a memorable experience for each guest that walks through the doors, just like a warm inviting hug.
