The ornate interiors, contemporary curios and breathtaking décor lend a perfect ambience to this rooftop restaurant in Ghaziabad. Terrace Grill has a pool, too, which allows the guests to enjoy every aspect of dining.
The Terrace Grill restaurant offers a bistro style seating and is an ideal choice for a casual dining out experience.
What makes The Terrace Grill restaurant special is the view one gets from the outside seating. All-weather tables and chairs are set in such a manner that each one gets ample share of the splendid view.
The ambience is casual, relaxed and comfortable in the early evening that encourages gathering, conversation with light music at the background. Also, the Terrace Grill Restaurant is one of the best options for people staying in Ghaziabad for a romantic candle-light dinner, which comes with the chef’s specially-crafted set menu and SPV Mixologist special drink.
Terrace Grill offers amazing gastronomical delights with its Indian cuisine which one can pair with all sort of beverages. Not only the dishes taste good but their names will make the guests giggle a bit - Dahi ke Sholey, Tandoor ki Nazakat, Zameen ke Tare, Something Fishy on Tawa, Phukar-e-Murg, Tawa Kurchan Quesadillas, Ninja in GZB to name a few.
“The eating patterns of Indian have undergone change over time and diners want to explore and experiment with different cuisines, fusion food. We have designed the menu after considering all the facts; we have infused many dishes together that goes very well with the Indian palate. You can find them all on the menu of Terrace Grill,” said Executive Chef Sandeep Raje, Mahagun Sarovar Portico Suites, Vaishali.
Speaking about the menu, Chef Sandeep said, “As we are in northern part of India where people are particular about their taste palate, we have designed the menu; we have also given catchy names to the various cuisines and beverages at terrace Grill; Bollywood films and songs inspire the names.”
Spilling the beans on the top-selling dishes at the Terrace Grill, Chef Sandeep told Restaurant India that there is more than one cuisine. In the veg category, people prefer Dahi Ke Sholay Kebab, Tandoor Ki Nazakat and Mahaguni Dal while in the non-veg category Phukar E Murgh and Mutton Galouti Kebab are people’s favourites. Gajar -e-Ishq and Shabnam Ke Moti are the most loved desserts at the Terrace Grill.
The ambience of the Terrace Grill is something to watch out for when it comes to casual dining and candle-light dinners. The only thing that interrupts the ambience is the loud music that’s being played at night. From the menu, I had Phukar-E-Murg, Mutton Galouti Kebab, Tomato Dhaniya Shorba, Aye Mere Pyare Mutton, Trio Paneer Tikka and Tandoor Ki Nazakat. Starting with Tomato Dhaniya Shorba, it’s the tomato soup which you could find similar in taste with other restaurants’. I would recommend Phukar-E-Murg, Mutton Galouti Kebab from the non-veg starters and Trio Paneer Tikka and Tandoor Ki Nazakat from the veg starters. Phukar-E-Murg and Mutton Galouti Kebabs served on small naans are melt-in-mouth cuisines. On the other hand Tandoor ki Nazakat is broccoli marinated with cheesy cream; hung curd which is cooked in clay oven adds to the flavour of the broccoli. Even if you are not a broccoli fan, this will certainly satiate your taste buds.
