It’s a German Micro-Brewery Plant and machinery is an integral part of its Interiors. The beer garden theme and décor, which is very refreshing, the large Chestnut trees and brewery lay out completely bowl you over. Our biggest asset is the German Plant-Caspary, our brew master is internationally trained and experienced. We have regular visits from German professional brew masters for quality control and training to our staffs. We use imported sausages; our kitchen equipments are also imported and new to our customers.
Do you have a growth targets for the next few years and can you reveal any strategy for how you intend to achieve this?
There is a lot coming up in few months or years in terms of new dishes, new drinks, new cocktails, mocktails. We would like to see many more branches across PAN India with timely developments in the brand identity.
