Talking to Restaurant India, Jain tells in detail about the types of brewing machines that he is offering to Indian consumers, its USP, price differentiation and his target customers.

On its services

We provide out of home beverage services, especially for workplaces. Though we have a range of beverage solutions, but we are more tea focused. We are also providing tea brewing machines in India and globally, where one can brew tea from leaves and then add milk and sugar separately.

Types of machines

We have three types of machines. First one is designed for the executive cabin. We call it as single serve. Secondly, we have economical machines for the mid-size offices. We call it as tea station, which has tea bags, coffee sachets, sugar free and creamers. Thirdly, we have full-fledged vending machines, which is for larger offices where more than 100 cups are dispensed in a day.

Target customers

We are targeting workplaces like MNCs, Hotels, etc to sell our products. In the hospitality industry, we are targeting banquet rooms where parties or conferences take place.

Uniqueness of machine

Our machines brew original tea. It is the same tea which we get at our home and this makes it different from other players.

Leasing amount charged

The cost per cup ranges from Rs 5-6. Fixed costs including the maintenance and rental costs are approximately Rs 2,500 per month.
