Story of 100 percent natural ice cream

Presently, we are making cuisine special ice creams for most restaurants and five star hotels across the country. We have introduced unique varieties in the market like Wasabi ice cream, Macha great ice cream and black sesame to name a few.

We make 100 percent natural ice cream without using any artificial colour or essence for flavours. Infact, our process of making ice cream is inspired from traditional methods and techniques which result in a product with a good shelf life of about a year and has unmatched quality and taste.

Sourcing of ingredients

We source the ingredients from all corners of the world. We are sourcing fruits from the best corners of India. We import vanilla from Madagascar, wasabi and macha green from Japan, chocolates from signature houses from across the world. We also make naturally processed cocoa which is the richest form of cocoa. So, the entire world is open to us in terms of sourcing of the ingredients.

Growth scale

We are very small player at present, with presence in only 22 counters and are gradually growing. Being in the ice cream industry, our product is different and exclusive with a unique league of its own.  As the overall industry is growing at a CAGR of 19 percent, we are seeing a 50-70 percent growth year-on-year.
