Niren Chaudhary resigns as President at KFC, joins Krispy Kreme

After spending 23 remarkable years at YUM! Brands Niren Chaudhary bid adieu to YUM! by joining as an operating partner at global investment firm JAB.

JAB Holding is already the market leader in coffee and consumer fashion in the Europe market and is running some of the top international coffee chains including Espresso House, Krispy Kreme, Peet’s Coffee & Tea, Caribou Coffee Company, Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, and Baresso Coffee amongst others.

Chaudhary who is very passionate about building culture and personally devotes a lot of time each year to train company’s management & franchisees on achieving breakthrough results will be taking as a role of President and COO at Krispy Kreme.

Sharing the joy on Linkedin, Chaudhary posted “After 23 fantastic years it's time to say good bye to Yum today ! What an incredible journey at one of the best companies in the world with great brands and even greater people! Immensely grateful for the many opportunities, deep friendships and the support I had for Aisha. I would not be who I am today had it not been for Yum. Thank you and wish everyone at Yum continued glory !!”

A business leader, motivational speaker and above all a good human being he is the recipient of the NCPEDP Shell Helen Keller Award and President of India's award for companies that believe in gainful employment for persons with disabilities. He also received the "Face of Year" award at the Franchise India convention in 2011.
