After the resounding success of its flagship situated at DLF Cyber Hub, Gurgaon, Zorawar Kalra’s Massive Restaurants is all set to introduce its revered Farzi Café concept in the Capital city.

Situated in the heart of New Delhi, Connaught Place, Farzi Café’s second outpost promises innovation of a higher degree than experienced before.

Speaking at the forthcoming launch, Zorawar Kalra, Founder & Managing Director, Massive Restaurants Pvt. Ltd. said, “Farzi Café has received an overwhelming response from patrons from across the country, especially the National Capital Region, since its launch over a year and half back, which has been absolutely humbling for us at Massive Restaurants.”

Re-contextualised for the modern day diner, Farzi Café is attributed to having made Indian dining cool, while brining Indian cuisine back “in-Vogue”.

Amalgamating the European bistro with innovative, futuristic Indian food, Farzi Café offers a unique, genre defining, Indian bistronomie dining experience.

Continuing with its aim to surprise the palate, the menu of the new outpost has an elaborate hoppers section, among other features, serving novel dishes such as asparagus & water chestnut khurma, fresh coconut appam, eggs', curry leaf pepper appam, Malaya prawns and pan fried Sri Lankan Hoppers.

Bringing together the use of latest in technology and finest equipment with modernist culinary techniques and scientific methodologies, Farzi Café New Delhi uses elements such centrifuge, distillers, vacuum evaporation, compress cooking and other methods for showcasing next level of innovation.

Also on offer is a curated Farzi Hooka Menu which, true to its name, is going to offer another level of illusion to patrons.

As synonymous with the dining concept, New Delhi shall witness some added innovation on the presentation of the Food & Beverage served, along with an elaborate molecular mixology section using numerous in-house blends and techniques for a deeper and elevated experience.

“While we continue to innovate and showcase various aspects of the cuisine from the vastness of the country, we promise to maintain a consistent culinary experience for our guests in New Delhi as well. Though the concept is the same, there will be numerous innovations that are unique to New Delhi like curated cocktails, versatile interiors and much more,” Zorawar added.

Retaining the basic concept of Farzi Café, the ambiance at Connaught Place brings together unique interior elements giving it a spacious and rust feel. True to its philosophy and aiming to offer a platform for established and upcoming talent in the field of music, it offers a dedicated performance stage, while keeping its guests enthralled with the Tapas style menu and innovative, scientific mixology section.

Situated on level one in E block of the inner circle, it can accommodate over 95 guests at a given time.
