A global shipping franchise, InXpress was founded in 1999 in UK and was launched in India in 2011. The brand offers an amazing solution to SMEs’ courier needs, including great rates, automation and first-class customer relationship management. “We started initially by appointing a master franchisee in India and in 2017 InXpress Global took over the India business directly. In the last seven years we have grown our franchisee base to 40+ with 2,000+ customer base, shipping 35,000+ plus shipments a year,” says Rosario Baretto, Country Manager India, InXpress.

Globally, InXpress’s annual system revenue was in excess of USD 145 million in 2017. It plans to add 20 new Franchisees in India every year. “The first and most crucial step is deciding on the type of franchise.
