LEARNING THROUGH THE TECHNOLOGY

Robotech Private Limited, a player in the education system, works with the belief that the traditional process of learning has to now give way to a new-age structure that can equip children for the demands of the future

LEARNING THROUGH THE TECHNOLOGY

The traditional education system in India has become irrelevant without providing any practical advancement for students to deal with the real world. To fill this gap one needs to get updated with technological advancements done in the field of education. Engaged in such an activity is Robotech Private Limited that is committed to creating a complete ecosystem with a technology-enabled educational structure for providing global learning. “We join hands with dedicated partners to achieve this vision.” says Nishant Jain, Managing Director, Robotech.

A Texas University alumnus and technology enthusiast, Jain spotted the opportunity in STEM learning – a curriculum based on the idea of educating students in four disciplines, namely, science, technology, engineering and mathematics — and innovative learning pedagogy in India. The company has emerged as one of the most acknowledged members of the K12 Education, winning National Award as the best STEM learning solution.

Robotech is working in tandem with the Indian government’s aim to establish more than 5,000 Atal Tinkering Labs (ATL) across the country. The labs are powered to acquaint students with equipment such as 3D printers, robotics and electronics development tools, IoT, sensors, etc.

Robotech is offering next-gen technological education services to students from the pre-nursery level to graduates, teachers and professionals. The company has already set up a branch in California, US. Nishant Jain finds the NITI Aayog’s initiative to establish ATL a unique approach that can yield tremendous benefits.

“It provides innovative space for entrepreneurs in schools and has accelerated the demand for technology-based education since India is enthusiastically adapting this model. There are students who are utilising technological advancements to design 3D printers and mobile applications. The successful overhauling of the education system at the grassroots level allows these kids to create real world projects,” he observes.Talking about their future endeavours, he reveals his brand NeoRobos, which is a launching platform to enable peer-to-peer video learning facility for STEM education, www.mystemtime.com.

EXPLORING PARTNERSHIPS

The company also will be launching an event to give the corporate sector an opportunity to hire new-age graduates with relevant skill-sets. Robotech is increasingly connecting with partners who have a strong belief in creating an innovative education system. “Franchising is an apt model for this business as NeoRobos focuses on implementation and has created itself as a brand for best services. Franchisee will help us in that endeavour by having a local presence which can encompass local culture,” he states.
