CREATING A SKILLED INDIA

In today’s era of tough competition, the hardest part is to get employed. Here, All India Technical & Management Council (AITMC) helps candidates to enrich their skills and capabilities to live life in a better way without any dependency. With the objective of encouraging young Indians skills and start-up programs, AITMC focuses on providing aid to entrepreneurs through an infrastructural backbone while nurturing start-ups through comprehensive guidance for policy-making and active business development. Since the time of its establishment in 2012, the company has contributed to creating employment opportunities and livelihoods. “We focus on the latter by guiding entrepreneurs on the path of business development and helping start-ups find their feet,” says Preet Sandhu, COO, AITMC.

With the initiative of promoting entrepreneurship, AITMC has been instrumental in launching of incubation centres to train more 30,000 candidates under various government schemes. To be precise, nearly 13,000 industry tie-ups have resulted in a measurable and healthy spike in employment opportunities, made possible through a vast network of 175 training centers across India.

SHAPING THE FUTURE
To support the youths in shaping their future, AITMC assist in getting benefits of loan provided by government under various schemes. To mention a few, this is through placements, skilling, Mudra loans, training delivery, rozgar melas, on-thejob training, etc. “We work alongside highly beneficial government schemes such as the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna as well as the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, all of which are aimed at skill development.

PARTNERING INDIA

With vision of expansion to take the skilling process pan-India, AITMC is looking for business association and partnerships to build mega centres in different parts of the country. The company strongly believes in the companyoperated and companyowned (COCO) model for growth. “In order to address the qualitative and quantitative challenges of the education ecosystem, AITMC is marching ahead to collaborate with institutes and= undertaking relevant skill development to bridge the gap between employment and employability. We have started implementing this expansion strategy by taking our first step of collaborating with the private sector,” informs Sandhu. The big vision guiding this program is to open up a channel of ‘earn while you learn’ for the country’s young generation.
