How has Curious Kids evolved as a brand in India?

How is the preschool scenario changing in India? What are these expected to deliver?

With rising awareness KIDSamong young parents about the need to give an international edge to the preschool  curriculum for their children, the new age preschools are expected to prepare this generation alpha of today for their tomorrow. The preschool concept in India has come of age and is growing by leaps and bounds. With the market survey analysis projecting that in the next five years, 29% of our population will be under five years, the preschool concept as a business venture is set to capture a market size of Rs 35,000 crore by revenue in the next five years. In India, the preschool business is growing at the rate of 28% every year, proving that this is a very lucrative business opportunity with small investments and big returns.

What are the requisite qualifications for potential franchisees?

The potential franchisee should be able to invest between Rs 4-9 lakhs depending on whether the location is in a metro, city, town or district and should have either self-owned or rented premises of at least 2,000 square feet.

What’s your expansion plan?

We are currently planning to expand beyond Maharashtra into various other states in India.
