We treat every customer like royalty. For example, our Royal Shave is a 45-minute service, which includes mini-facial and massage. It is an experience in itself,” says Istayak Ansari, co-founder and director of Truefitt & Hill.

Truefitt & Hill started franchising in 2016 and the reason that attracted them towards it was deeper market penetration. The brand currently has 10 company-owned outlets and two franchise stores. They are looking forward to opening three more company-owned outlets in Pune, Kolkata and Jaipur and one franchise store in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Truefitt & Hill is also planning to expand internationally with two outlets in Sri Lanka and Vietnam.
