How and why the brand was started?

Nirvaana has been into yoga fitness and therapy since 1998. We are providing our services through our 76 professionals visiting various corporate offices and 45 professionals visiting residential flats and 123 professionals taking up part-time home classes. All the professionals at Nirvaana are well-trained in different phases, with an added eligibility of spoken knowledge of Hindi or English and a regional language. Nirvaana counsels for yoga as a way of life and offers its patrons customized sequences of asanas.

What is the uniqueness of the brand?

We offer customized sequences of asanas to our clients till they are cured.

Being a health professional and entrepreneur, what challenges you witnessed in your professional journey?

When I started Nirvaana, many were not aware about the benefits of yoga in Hyderabad. Initially, I had to educate them about its benefits. Also people were not sure if I will be able to cure them through yoga as I never wore beard, saffron or white clothes. Generally, people expect a yoga therapist to be a yogi.

What future does this industry holds?

The wellness industry is a booming market. Around 75 per cent of people are suffering from some or the other diseases. And yoga is more than 10,000 years old tradition. These days even allopathic doctors are referring their patients for yoga. Innumerable cases of anxiety, depression and stress are common and no other science other than yogic science can take care of such conditions, therefore, the potential is immense.

What kind of partners are you seeking to associate with & what benefits they will get?

We need people with healthy body and sound mind. It is a low-investment franchise opportunity. We are keen to associate with partners, who should be dedicated and passionate to the core. It is a dire need of this business. This is a high on ROI opportunity as the space required is less and no major expenditure is needed to buy any equipment.

How yoga practicing is different from other wellness brands?

Yoga is not an exercise but a way of life. It massages the organs, ligaments, tendons and tissues, and helps in keeping all the systems of the body diseased free. The best part is it can be done spending an hour with no tiredness associated with it.
