A FUTURISTIC FUSION BUSINESS

As a product, fusion food has evolved internationally over the years. In like fashion, Wrapico & Mint & Grill have also evolved wit in the Indian market & are now all set to serve its customers pan-India. Pinoy Pandya, Founder, Wrapico and Mint & Grill in a candid conversation with Beny Sachdeva unveils his expansion plans.

A FUTURISTIC FUSION BUSINESS

How has Wrapico evolved as a brand to be one of the best performing brands in its industry now?

What inspired you to be a restaurateur?

With over 10 years of experience in the food industry, I wanted to create a place wherein a person not only experiences great fusion food, but also to enjoy the place. We believe that good food and beautiful ambience heals better than any therapy! We have succeeded in providing the customers with exotic range of unique fusion food, Arabic coffees, thick shakes and juices.

What is the USP of your brand?

Dream and Design is our unique concept, where we customize anything and everything for our clients, from design to end product!!!

When & why did you opt for franchise route? How do you support your franchisees?

Wrapico has been franchising since 2017 and we have successfully built a strong customer base. We opted for franchising as I think it offers the brand an opportunity for scalability with the support of a partner who has local knowledge. The company has the essential infrastructure to assist its franchisees in thorough operations and marketing. We offer franchises two business models one is of a fusion café & one is kiosk. Kiosks formats cater to take-away markets.

Which other venture of yours are you keen to expand via franchising?

Mint & Grill is a new kid on the block. Just as the name suggests, the brand delights you with an enormous gastronomical barbecue fusion options straight from the kitchen. It is a beautiful restaurant which serves yummy refreshing non-vegetarian delights. It’s a great opportunity for investors who have a lot of demand for non-vegetarian fusion food. Mint & Grill has two franchises at the present & we are keen to take this brand too pan-India.

 What is the next milestone?

We want to take our brands pan-India especially to cities which are tourist destinations.

What drives the growth of your brand?

We keep upgrading ourself  & our menu for our clients.

What is the vision of your brand?

As a restaurateur my vision is to have multiple outlets of fusion food restaurants.
