Delhi-based Realtech Group announced an October roll out for the largest mall-cum-multiplex in Chandigarh the 'City Emporio Mall'. The mall would be located at a strategic location in Chandigarh, ensuring maximum footfalls.
The group has invested close to Rs 140 crore on this project. Claiming to be the largest platinum-end mall in the city, it is coming up across 2 acre. The mall will have two-storey basement parking to accommodate about 300 vehicles.
It would not only change the skyline of the city with a six floor shopping space, but would also house some of the top brands like Nike, Time Factory, Kimaya, Dockers, Lacoste, Woodland, Diwan Saheb, Zodiac, Levi's, Lee.
Chandigarh Grandeur, another project of the same league would be ready by 2008. The promoters have a tie-up with the Raddison Group for the five star hotel. This is mall-cum-hotel project and does not have a multiplex. Besides brands like Fab to Fashion by Siyaram, J J Vallaya, Croma, Oliver Restaurant and discotheque, Great Kabab Factory would be present in the mall.
