Parsvnath to invest Rs 4,700 cr in Punjab, suburbs

The company has lined up two township projects in Derabassi and Rajpura catalyzing the investments worth Rs 60 crore and Rs 100 crore, respectively.

Parsvnath Greens, the township in Derabassi, would come up by over 50 acres and would comprise plots, residential and commercial complexes, club, clinic, school, etc. The township in Rajpura would be developed over 145 acres.

The company is also building a mall-cum-mulitplex in Mohali at an investment of Rs 108 crore. The total area of 8,800 sq.yd will include a 120 room business hotel, too. Two more malls are coming up in Amritsar which will attract an investment of around Rs 80 crore for both. The developers are also planning to enter Himachal Pradesh.
