Power Rangers is Disney's highest performing property that currently airs in the super successful JETIX, the action-adventure block on Toon Disney. The franchise has a new series with novel adventure plots releasing every season on JETIX.

The Power Rangers franchise enjoys the highest GRP's across all kid shows in India in the 4-14 age-groups. Rated by AC Nielson as the most successful kids' franchise of the 1990s, Power Rangers is one of the highest contributing franchise in the kids' genre. Now with the authentic product lines released in India, the company-wide priority will see serious media thrust to promote the multi-product merchandise launch with the inclusion of an online, on-ground and on-air presence.

Disney Consumer Products has partnered with some of India's leading kids' merchandisers such as New Boy, Weekender, Funskool, Milton, Frank Educational Aids, Art for All and more, to retail the fantastic line-up of products. Publishing has tied up with Sterling Publishing to launch a wide range of comics, story-books, and colouring and activity books. The Internet group is set to launch a completely new Power Rangers game on mobile soon.

The extensive retail presence across India, with Power Rangers branding on 10 million Britannia Treat packs - a display value of Rs 7 crore, provided exposure unlike anything ever seen in the kids' space in India.
