Pradeep Narayanan, a post graduate in Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, in a career spanning over 40 years has successfully scaled, managed and led teams in businesses ranging from IT services, BPO and Education. Pradeep Narayanan is currently the President, NIIT Digital and Growth Initiatives, NIIT Ltd where he is responsible for leading all the new growth initiatives of the company as well as manage the Digital Education and Talent Pipeline as a Service(TPaaS) business. Pradeep was earlier responsible for building India's largest IT training business at NIIT where he was earlier heading NIIT's education business. He was responsible for scaling NIIT’s IT education business by setting up and managing over 1500 education center’s delivering education to over half a million students at any point in time. This involved setting up education center’s all over the world right from incorporation of local companies, to hiring people, establishing local partnerships and designing and implementing products and marketing and sales plans and was responsible for the P&L of the business. He is considered a pioneer in franchising the education business. He is still considered one of the most respected figures in the retail IT education business. He has also held many key management positions in NIIT and was a key member of the leadership team which steered the company management to some stupendous achievements during his 17-year tenure (November 1987 till June 2004). Pradeep Narayanan is also the Director on Board of Admizzionz Campuz a company engaged in career counseling and admission guidance for colleges in India (Since December 2010). He is an acknowledged expert in Career and College Admissions in India. He regularly writes for leading newspapers like TOI, HT on various Careers and College Admissions in India. He has been the anchor speaker for the Mission Admission program of Times of India for the last several years. Over the last five years he has addressed audiences of over 30000 students and parents on various careers as well as course and college opportunities in India. He regularly features as a career and college admission expert on All India Radio and FM Radio Fever104 for talk shows. Admizzionz Campuz was awarded CII Grand Award for the "Most Innovative Startup" and the “Best Career Counselling Platform” by ASSOCHAM He also advises several leading education institutions on curriculum, branding, student engagement, student acquisition and technology implementation. Prior to setting up Admizzionz Campuz he was an independent strategy, contracting and negotiation consultant helping clients in the US, Middle East and India (January 2009 to November 2010). During this period he was also involved in evaluating large projects in terms of long term commercial viability Pradeep was a key force of the operational team at 24/7 Inc. (from June 2004 till December 2008) responsible for P&L of the business and operational excellence of the delivery centers employing nearly 5000 people in India as the Country Head. He was responsible for setting up all its delivery center’s in India located in Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai and also established the complete infrastructure for its two center’s in Guatemala. In his last assignment he was made responsible for infrastructure, procurement and compliance globally. He was also responsible for introduction of new products and services globally for the company as the President New Services and Global Chief Infrastructure and Compliance Officer. Pradeep's prior experience includes stints with Eicher GoodEarth Ltd (a large automobile manufacturing company) as the head of IT department at their corporate office in New Delhi (April 1984 till November 1987) and in Oil and Natural Gas Corporation in the Management Services Group (May 1982 till March 1984)
