HealthCare Global Enterprises Limited, (HCG), the Specialist in Cancer Care has announced that Temasek Holdings, a Singapore based investment company, has become a shareholder in the company.
Temasek joins existing investors, Premji Invest, an investment entity owned by Azim Premji, and Milestone Religare in a primary equity issuance by the Company. Evolvence India Life Sciences Fund, which has been an investor in HCG since 2007, will be exiting their investment to Temasek in the Company.
