"If Indian startup founders want to achieve success, they need to increasingly focus on their network and team building roles. Founders should ensure that the team that they get on-board supplement their skill-sets and competencies. Hiring clones of yourself is never a good idea," Debabrat Mishra, Director, Hay Group India told PTI.
A recent report by IT industry body Nasscom had said that India ranks third among global startup ecosystems with more than 4,200 new-age companies. The report added that Indian technology startups landscape has seen a tremendous growth in the emergence of innovative startups and creative entrepreneurs.
