Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Northern Region from Chandigarh today organized a focused interaction of leading Industry players from across the region with Dy Chief Minister of Punjab at Bangalore, where Government of Punjab shared the broad contours of its upcoming Industry & Investment policy.
Addressing the august gathering of business heads and top honchos of the industry at the Session Progressive Punjab organised by Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) NR, Sardar Sukhbir Singh Badalsaid, “Punjab is moving forward and its economy is growing at a steady pace. “
“We are working towards simplifying the processes and framework to enable easy market entry for the investors. We want to ensure that with our progressive policies and simplified framework, Punjab becomes the most preferred investment destination in the country. We are removing all the roadblocks and bottlenecks, which might come in the way of progress of the state,” added Badal.
While inviting the entrepreneurs to come and set up their units in Punjab, Mr Badal also invited the Karnataka Industrialists to visit Punjab for the Punjab Global Investor Summit scheduled on 9th – 10th December 2013 at Chandigarh.
