"In our industry, usually the blue collar servicemen are unorganised and lack of basic soft skills; however, we pay special emphasis on development of these necessary skills for our servicemen. This is done through a 15 days training program that includes, induction, guidance on behavioral skills and soft skills, with the help of dry runs and simulation exercises- how to attend a customer, terms of work and termination etc." said Shaifali Agarwal, Co-Founder, EASYFix.
She further stated, "In order to maintain the high levels of customer satisfaction, we not only work towards preparing a first class team of servicemen but also an equally accomplished team of customer relationship managers. These 30 relationship managers go through a rigorous training for 30 days that include making pre-sales and managing customers to maintain high levels of satisfaction."
The servicemen at EASYFix are kept motivated to provide excellent service by basing the criteria for performance incentive on customer satisfaction. Each serviceman is assigned a rating basket in which he can collect points, which are nothing but the customer satisfaction rating for the job done. These points are then accumulated in the basket and can be redeemed for an array of cool merchandise like cap, camera, special tools etc.
