International facilities services provider, OCS Group, has taken a minority stake in Central Investigation & Security Services Ltd. (CISS) after its acquisition in engineering and housekeeping companies last year.

CISS, established in 1985 has a pan-India presence with its headquarters in Mumbai. The company is focused on manpower guarding and security business.
