Meru Cabs, a Mumbai based radio cab services has announced a special promotional offer for its customer of 30 per cent cash back on every trip paid using ‘My Wallet’ powered by Citrus Cash on the Meru Cabs app. This offer is available on any Meru and Meru Flexi cab booked through the Mobile App, Call Center & Website.
As a pioneer in the cab services industry, Meru has continued to customize services for its customers. With over 60 per cent of its revenues from mobile applications, Meru has digitized itself by offering unique features in its app ‘Meru Cabs’.
“My Wallet is India’s first Cab wallet that enables travelers to store cash for travels and can be used for payment of the trips,” said the company’s press release.
Announcing the offer, Rathin Lahiri, CMO, Meru Cabs, said, “The Meru Cabs app is the most convenient way to book a cab with just one touch. We want to offer customers easier ways booking and managing their travels. With My Wallet, Meru enables consumers to book cabs for a later time with cash back offers.”
Passengers can avail the Meru/MeruFlexi through Meru Cabs App (iOs and Android) with no coupon code being required (promotion will be auto applied) after the completion of the trip, the discount of 30 per cent will be given on the base fare of the trip.
Recently, Meru introduced an all new mobile app, with new features including one touch booking, tracking your cab, confirmed booking up to 7 days in advance and India’s first Cab-Wallet. The Meru cab app is available on Android (Version 3.0.0 and above) and iOs platform (Version 3.0 and above).
