Chief Minister of Haryana Bhupinder Singh Hooda has assured Japanese Ambassador Takeshi Yagi that Haryana will help the setting up of Japanese industries by providing them with all necessary facilities in Haryana.
Hooda and Yahi exchanged the plan for Japanese small and medium enterprises(SMEs) to invest with their businesses in Haryana. Yagi requested Hooda to consider development of ready-to-move-in infrastructure for Japanese SMEs in the state and expressed his pleasure and satisfaction at the state government's response to concerns of Japanese investors in Haryana.
The discussions regarding the model to be followed in this regard have already taken place with Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
Bhupinder Singh Hooda says, "The state government will take all necessary steps to implement the road map that will be drawn in this regard. Haryana was already the first choice of Japanese investors and the state was committed to further facilitate Japanese investment in Haryana."
Principal Secretary of Haryana Chief Minister SS Dhillon, Principal Secretary Industries YS Malik and Managing Director of Haryana State Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation Tarun Bajaj were present in the meeting.
