It is important for us as a nation to ensure that the future generation leads an active lifestyle. A recent survey pointed out the alarming state of affairs in terms of the health of children in India.
With the influx of technology in today’s generation, most of the children spend their time over gadgets and smartphones, rather than playing outside. Many schools temporarily remove these classes due to exam pressures, which in return turn the kids into a couch potato.
