In an interaction with Franchise India, Rohan Nihalini, Founder, Morgan beverages talk about his pioneering idea to make Apple Cider the next big thing in India.

The Inception

The brand was founded with an aim to make Apple Cider the next big thing in India. Rohan, the younger founder of Morgan beverages was enticed by the drink that has motivated him to produce alcoholic beverages made by controlled fermentation of apple juice.

Factors for Expansion

Expansion plays a key role in deciding the fate of a business in the modern time. A particular business expands demographically only when they are well sustained in the market and are ready to face new challenges along with increasing their brand’s growth beyond the boundaries.

But there are certain points that are mandatory to remember before expanding for making the initiative successful.

Rohan shares, “There are multiple factors to consider before expansion - Having a thorough understanding of the particular market and determining whether there is a need for your product is crucial. Apart from that the regulations, competition, preferences all play an important role too.”

The Ever Transforming F&B Industry

Rohan shares, “Along with changing lifestyles, a change is being seen in the taste and preferences of the Indian consumers too. With the rising digital mediums, the consumer is now open to variety and is keen on trying new brands and exploring new tastes as well.”

The F&B industry in India is constantly on a run of transformation clearly explaining the competition lying within the segment. Every day is a new day in the industry where F&B business owners are anticipating and innovating their products and services for an enhanced and modified experience.

Also, offering a unique experience to customers is now a mandatory thing along with the quality of food and other necessary elements.
