There might be several reasons for franchisees find themselves unsatisfied.

 A major reason for a franchisee’s unhappiness and unsatisfaction is their own unrealistically high expectations. Thus, it’s essential to set expectations upfront and be honest with yourself, aiding to compete successfully.

Unhappy franchisees could cause cancerous effect, damaging the brand more than people realize. Once they turn negative, they are negative about everything, eventually reflecting in their sales figures.

Ultimately, one of the major traits of a happy franchisee is someone who is willing to follow the tested and proven program. This will help prevent having an unhappy franchisee down the road.
