OYO, has launched special OYO’s for corporate travellers, OYO B Direct
The trend of travelling for business is booming nowadays and that trend doesn’t appear to be going away anytime soon. Business travellers can be bread and butter for many hotels.
A recent survey conducted on business travellers aged 23 to 35 found that 56 percent of millennial employees create reasons to travel for work. So, it should be a feather in hoteliers’ caps those members of this cohort.
Most of the hotels primarily receive business travellers and have also changed their services accordingly, be it the dining menus, fitness centres or minibars.
Recently, one of the largest Hotel chain, OYO, has launched special OYO’s for corporate travellers, OYO B Direct.
An extension of its existing corporate solution, OYO B Direct is for corporate travellers to book OYO’s accommodation for business purposes. It is an app-based hotel booking solution for business travellers in India.
In most cases of business travelling, the employee is often required to submit a GST invoice to the company for reimbursement, which sometimes can be a hassle when dealing directly with hotels. OYO B has targeted those travellers only, where they get their companies to authorise business travel and later claim reimbursements.
The traveller can register with the company’s PAN for OYO B to automatically get the correct GSTIN and the billing address for every booking.
In Corporate world, there can be any uncertainties, like the meeting getting postponed or cancelled. It can add on to the travelling hassle for corporate.
OYO B is also addressing this problem, by not charging any cancellation fee except in cases of bulk bookings and peak times.
