The man standing behind the success of Laziz Pizza is Keirron J Patil, who has a great passion for cooking. His vast experience in various businesses make him a unique Entrepreneur, but his love for food Industry started from Russian subcontinent since 15 years and now he has applied all his expertise to his own venture and now his main aim is to benefit and to Inspire young generation who have flair to grow individually as a young Entrepreneurs.

In a conversation with Franchise India, Keirron J Patil talks about the most growing industry, with endless opportunities.

What makes you different from your contenders?

Laziz Pizza is known for its unique taste and lots of variety on offer, with affordable rates as a bonus. There are fewer investment costs in taking a franchise, no business sharing, and no royalty fees, so everyone is happy.

Where does Laziz Pizza sit today in terms of growth?

In 4 years we are a 100+ stores brand operating Pan India, and growing day by day like one team.

What attracted you towards Franchising?

When we started with our own store, our customer who visited our store opined that we should expand in other cities like Mumbai, Pune. So our Customer reviews, feedbacks, helped us take our brand to pan India level. We are highly obliged to our valuable customers for our brand success today.

How many franchise units are you planning to open in next 12 months?

We plan to double the frequency and expanding Overseas is also in the talks.

What is your business vision and how do you plan to achieve it in next five years?

Our primary focus is on our present franchisee stores to improvise on their sales, service, customer engagement, promotions; we will focus more on new innovations in updating our food catalog with our R & D team.

How is your brand scaling up the franchising business?

With a significant growth, it has definitely gained a name in the Indian Market. Our franchisee investors are content; our customers are happy with the product quality & pricing. We have Indian Oil Corporation as an alliance partner in the promotion, We have Pan India tie up with AMUL for supplies Pan India.

Laziz Pizza is gaining popularity in India every day, thanks to our customers and to our franchise owners who are taking the Laziz Pizza brand to the next level. We are also thankful to the Franchise India Team which has worked with us to generate more franchisees across countries.

What innovations have you introduced in the last one year?

To be precise, it is Technology. We have our online ordering system in place now, also our call center is in place to sort investors' queries, customer queries etc.

Where the next opportunity lies and how are you planning to tap it?

We have a lot of overseas inquiries from Malaysia, Singapore, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Maldives, so we are also focusing to take Laziz Pizza Pan Asia.

How are you making the institute future-ready?

We are going with the flow, learning overseas protocols in food segment, franchising abroad, and it’s definitely making us strong to plan the strategies.

What are the opportunities one can get from the franchise route?

Talking about business opportunities it has to be Less Investment, high ROI, a set platform to get profits from day one, ready brand name in the market. It is a freelance business model to be an entrepreneur.
