Future of Nitrogen Ice-Cream
The Frosty Cream outlet serves innovative nitro-cooled preparations to appease the coolness quotient of the urban connoisseurs looking out for a unique experience.
Jain, said, “Nitrogen ice-cream right now is a very new and trendy concept to the market. Since it is ice-cream, it is cherished by every age group. From kids to aged people, everyone likes ice-cream. And since Nitrogen ice-cream is a new concept and these are made with fresh ingredients live, it has a great future.”
Standing Tall among Competition
With immense competition in the market, it is important to differentiate yourself from your competitors in order to make your brand more noticeable and sustainable in the market.
“Our product is the key to sustenance in this competitive market. There are various brands present; someone is serving one of the products we have. We have a total of 6 products under one roof. It’s a combination of all products and all in all, it’s a complete dessert shop,” stated, Jain.
In a franchise, uniformity is a major aspect. To provide all the customers with the same quality experience, it is essential to maintain uniformity in all the franchisees.
“We are manufacturing the bases and the flavours and everything, so we make sure that the recipes are maintained by us. We have strict security in maintaining the recipe so that no one can manipulate it. Hence, the taste remains the same,” asserted, Jain.
Qualities Preferred in a Prospective Franchisee
There are many qualities one can look for in their prospective franchisee.
“We prefer a franchisee who is readily active and available to introduce new products in the market. He/She should also be creative enough to be able to attract customers. As nitrogen ice-cream is one such product which is more attractive to the youth, there should be someone who is more accessible to them,” commented, Jain.
The concept of nitrogen ice-cream is fresh and not much known. So, there is a need to make people aware of nitrogen ice-creams and for that more stores are required to come up in the market.
Jain said, “Tapping the millennial market is a profitable marketing move. So, we are doing campaigns in colleges, in colleges fests etc. We are also offering catering services so that we can serve out nitrogen ice-creams at marriages, corporate events, weddings etc.”
The Frosty Cream is planning to expand pan-India via franchising. The investment ranges from 15 lakhs – 30 lakhs, depending on the area and location of the store. In addition, Frosty Cream is a royalty-free brand, making it a profitable franchise for entrepreneurs.
