How is the Recruitment Industry performing so far?
“Talent Corner” is witnessing that day by day the recruitment industry is becoming more organized and focused. Even the candidates are becoming more conscious about the job profiles which are being offered to them.
The Indian economy is growing at a fast pace hence the need for skilled manpower becomes crucial. In today’s challenging scenario our company aims to match the right person with the right job, along with the highest level of service.
Since 2016 we have witnessed several trends in the Recruitment Industry. Every year we have observed 15-20% the increase in the recruitment activities across all the sectors. And now in the upcoming FY2019-20, we are expecting a 30% growth in hiring. FY2019-20 shows tremendous potential for recruitment as there is an expected growth of 31% in the hiring budget.
What is your Strategy?
Our continuous endeavor is to make the Recruitment process easier, faster and transparent, in order to provide qualified & talented people to our clients. To reduce the gap and upgrade the relationship between a candidate and the client, which represents the goal, we are trying to achieve.
Over the last few years, we are specifically looking for franchise partners who are committed and are passionate about their entrepreneur dream! Till date, we have 50 franchise partners with us who are our strong business pillars. Our partners are not only in major metro cities but also in tier 2 & tier 3 cities, coming from varied career backgrounds! We have few women franchise partners with no prior work experience; but are now successfully closing 40 - 60 positions in a year.
We are reaching out to the individuals or professionals, who want to explore a low investment business opportunity with no infrastructure requirement with low risk. Recruitment being slow to process patience, passion and persistence are our main virtues.
What are the best practices you follow in franchising?
When the Individual becomes our Franchise Partner he/she had to undergo 14 hours training process which is conducted in their respective location. Post-training we assign a team leader, who not only provides the support throughout the recruitment process but also mentors and tracks the progress of our franchise partner. Along with this, we are providing on-going business development support to our franchise partners till the time they are associated with us.
We have a plug-n-play business model so the individual can immediately start the business after finishing the training. This year we have created an online learning platform for our franchise partners.
We provide PAN India clients to our franchise partners on an exclusivity basis. This business model adds tremendous value to our Franchise Partners which are based in tier 2 & tier 3 cities with limited industry exposure due to their geographical location.
Therefore, a franchisee that seeks to join us can be sure that he/she is joining a brand that understands the business and can support franchisees in their growth.
What are your expansion plans?
We are planning to tie up with 25 more franchise partners in FY2019-20. Basically, we are looking to partner with individuals, who are looking for a work from home opportunity or an alternate career or business option.
