Location Selection Support – Collaboration on location’s selection, field and demographic evaluation. The franchisor will assist with the lease review and the lease negotiation process.
Design and Construction Support – Franchisor will provide you with JJ Chicken design guidelines and assist you in your unit design. It will provide you with the equipment specifications and selection of equipment, select the POS from an approved supplier, and review and approve the final design. Further, the franchisor will provide you with JJ Chicken construction guidelines and will offer you guidance and consultation during the construction phase.
Training and Grand Opening – On-the-job in-store training and classroom-style training at its corporate unit for a period of 2 weeks for 4 members of your management team. Pre-opening and grand opening operational support for a period of 2 weeks. The franchisor will provide you with a detailed operating manual, and offer you the license to operate a JJ Chicken restaurant and the use of JJ Chicken mark and logo. The franchisor will help in sourcing for your competitive supply chain through JJ Chicken approved network. It will also share with you JJ Chicken recipe secrets and cooking techniques.
Marketing Support – Franchisor will provide marketing strategy and support, in-store marketing artworks, brand manual and guidelines, a sample of social media calendar, and periodic business review and progress evaluation.
Product Development & Innovation – Menu engineering template and new items for special occasions and adaptation to new markets.
JJ Chicken is seeking candidates that fit the following criteria:
Access to Prime Location – The potential franchisee must have access to prime locations in their perspective region. The location must be in accordance with the requirements of the business.
Common Value System – Ability to replicate and maintain the same identity, experience and people’s development culture.
Capital – Having the necessary capital to set up the franchise outlet and sustain a franchise development plan.
Business Experience – Should have previous business experience of a minimum period of 3 years, preferably in the F&B industry (particularly for individual franchises). A franchisee should have a solid foundation to understand all the legalities and fundamental skills needed to operate a franchise business. Further, he/she should have the ability to source, store and distribute required franchise products.
JJ Chicken is offering four franchise options starting with a QSR model with an investment of Rs 50-70 lakh and 750-1000 sq ft area in a standalone shop at a high street location. The brand also offers a food kiosk model that calls for an investment of up to Rs 20 lakh and space of 200 sq ft at a food court in shopping malls.
In addition, JJ Chicken offers a fine dining model for malls requiring an investment of Rs 70 lakh and above and an area of 1400 sq ft. Further, it offers a food truck model requiring an investment of Rs 15 lakh.
