Emerging Trends in the Industry
According to Richard, one of the most emerging trends is that people are getting motivated from the heart.
He said, “Engage & Grow is not your traditional training company. Training is dead. We are challenging the norm and disrupting the market with everything we do. And our customers like it”.
“Today’s generations want to see a vision, a plan. They want mutual respect, a development plan, and higher levels of communication. They desire to be more involved and want a quick transition. So you've got to be quick these days. But most importantly you've got to connect through the heart. The best companies in the world right now are putting their people first and profit second,” he added.
Why the Indian Market?
Richard stated, “Asia is a very big market for us and we are registering high growth from here in comparison to the European market. So, we partnered with the team of FranGlobal, as we believed it was the right time for us to come to India. This is because now we've got the right team, got the infrastructure in place and we're ready to launch into India.”
Richard also said that it is much harder to get engagement in other countries like the UK and Germany because there are different types of thinkers living in different environments. However, In India, he feels that people are culture-orientated and have a good family essence, which is really important to create happiness in the workplace. Thus, they see quick results here compared to other countries of the world.
Bringing a new Concept to India
Engage and Grow doesn’t believe in training so much; they just activate the minds of people to make them more engaged and creative. Richard, asserted, “You can get people neurologically motivated, by not telling them what to do. Culture can't be trained in; culture is needed to be activated in.”
“We believe that the answers are already in the room. They’re just not being activated. So, we use a group activation system that gets them to move away in a moment forward, which gets people to open their eyes, increasing their creativity, get more innovative and involved. Most importantly, they do these in a way where they choose to, not in a way that they are told to,” added, Richard.
