Amigo Auto Spa targets high footfall locations such as shopping mall, gated communities and commercial hubs to reduce customer acquisition prices. The brand intends franchisees to target potential customers at places of leisure to provide convenience and drive-up business. The brand provides franchisees continuous support on all counts, starting from trained manpower to company supervisors at franchise locations. Franchisees receive lead generation support from the Amigo Auto Spa mobile application, accounting support, marketing support through social media, SEO, and local advertising.
The company operates on a FOFO model with investment starting from Rs 18-50 lakhs for an outlet of 600-2,500 sq. feet. The brand charges an initial franchise fee of Rs 5 lakhs, followed by royalty of 10%. The expected breakeven period for a franchise outlet varies between 18-24 months. For the year 2020, Amigo Auto Spa is targeting markets in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh for further franchise expansion.
