How did you think of this innovative concept?

Everyone uses locks and knows its importance but very few of us are aware of its quality and durability due to lack of innovation in this product. On the other hand, when we buy products like cement to plumbing and paints , floor tiles, sanitary ware , electrical appliance  etc, we have multiple brands in our mind and we are aware of uniqueness in each brand .But when we buy locks, we never bother about quality, choices , variety and application. We simply buy any lock without looking into durability and its features. So, i felt the need to make people aware about this industry and the prospects it is offering. 

Tell us in detail about your brand 

Aarkay Vox Door Handles and Locks is owned by MD Brassware Pvt Ltd and with about 21 years of experience, Aarkay Vox is now a reputed brand among customers all over India. We designed our products based on the needs and suggestions of our clients. Backed by world class technology and driven by a dedicated team of dynamic professionals, the company manufactures door hardware products ranging from door handles, curtain fittings, pull handles, locks and other builders hardware products of superior quality. We have executive range, architectural range; pull handles on rose range, cabinet handles, zinc collection and much more to offer.

What is the USP of your brand?

We offer patented dual opening technology in locks, patented flipper key chain that is you can carry your locks keys in a new style. It has been approved by architects, builders and interior designers. Our brand also carries an ISO (9001):2000 certification.

Tell us about your current stores and how many out of them are franchisee run?

Our company has almost 120 stores in India and six out of them are franchisee run. We show our presence in all capitals and major cities in India.        

What kind of quality do you seek in a prospective franchisee? And what kind of support will you provide to them?

A franchisee gets a chance to associate with a renowned brand name. Also, our support team helps them with orders or deals. There are high and quick returns on investment. We offer support in marketing with posters, banners, stickers, advertisement assistance and much more.
