Gujarat-based car wash brand, Autozspa is in its own ways shielding the environment by offering a chemical-free car wash service. The brand is expanding pan-India via franchise route. Brijesh Ghadia, Managing Director, Autozspa spoke to us on how he is taking his brand pan-India and his advice to new entrepreneurs.
Tell us about your brand Autozspa and its speciality?
Autozspa is dedicated to protecting car’s showroom finish for a classy look. We use products, that chemical-free via steam cleaning process. As a car wash franchise, we provide others with the opportunity to achieve financial independence while creating jobs.

So, do you provide any support to your franchisees?
Yes, we provide architectural and interior layouts for outlets, machine setup and fitting, a personal manager is available at all times to visit the site and guide/direct you. Also, training and support in sales, marketing and technology is there with web and online support. There is also operations and technical support with regular updation on products and services.

How many outlets you plan to open by next year and in which cities?
Autozspa expects to open atleast 25 new outlets by next year. Soon, we are launching at Sangli, Kolhapur, Aurangabad, sehore, Indore, Dehradun, Karad, Latur, Pune, Bangalore and Mandavi.

What according to you are the top three challenges in a car wash and car care business?
It is definitely marketing, quality maintenance and service and product updation according to market requirement.
Any tip for new entrepreneurs in this business?
A new entrepreneur in this trade must always remember that customer satisfaction is of utmost importance. If your customer is not satisfied and not coming back for services that means you have to change your ways and gain maximum satisfied customers.
