Tell us about your global presence.
Maid2Clean has a presence in the UK, Ireland & Malta presently and is seeking area developer licensees in UK speaking countries such as Canada, India & Australia.
How many centres do you have in London?
Maid2Clean has 15 operations in London.
What are your expansion plans for London and via which business model do you wish to foray in India?
Maid2Clean is 85% saturated in London and will soon have to stop marketing in the UK capital due to having no more territories to sell. For India foray, we hope to train and work with area developer licensees who will sell local franchise territories.
What all qualities are you seeking in your franchisees?
Honesty, integrity and an ability to follow a proven business model that will generate a long term residual income.
What are your expansion plans for India?
We hope to have Area Developer Investors in all tier- I & II cities in the next few years. Our business will revolutionise and professionalise the industry we serve.
What all a franchisor should keep in mind for avoiding brand failure?
Fortunately, we have not encountered failure till date and we put this down to three things, which is
a) The integrity we show in our dealings with franchisees together with our ability to find the right franchisees.
b) Having a residual income business ensures that franchisees want to renew their licenses at the end of their franchise agreements.
c) The quality of the service that the end customer receives.
