Please tell us in detail about your brands journey?
Unique Slim Point & Beauty Clinic was inaugurated on 6 April 2000 with German technology machines in Nagpur. It provides computersied slimming treatment with passive exercise without medicine. Our slimming centre offers huge positive results to clients who can reduce between 10, 15, 18 to 45 kg in inch loss and body contouring and body shaping in our slimming centre.
What makes your services unique?
Our Clinic provides complete solution in weight loss. We are mainlyservice provider, obesity clinic, have obesity nutrition products, skin of Laser Clinic and Hair & baldness clinic.
How easy or difficult has it been to convince people?
It is difficult to convince people to join slimming centre to reduce weight.
What are the challenges in franchising that you want your investor to know?
The franchisers will not face any challenges because we have provided complete technical knowledge of pattern to give treatment with in first day they grow business.
What criteria do you follow for selecting franchisees on board and what steps do you take to evaluate your franchisee’s performance?
The minimum working area should be 2000 sq. ft., should have technical knowledge otherwise appoint doctors and details for running slimming centre and good marketing knowledge about slimming techniques.
What kind of training and business support do you provide to the franchisees? Elaborate about the same.
Please tell us about the receptivity of your business model as a franchise outfit?
We have got good responses within first day in our type of slimming centre. There is no risk to open these clinics.
Why did you choose the franchise route for your expansion?
We started franchising in 2012 and won the best weight loss clinic award in Nagpur. By getting positive results, we planned to expand our business through franchise route
Do you think franchising has been instrumental in boosting the growth of slimming centres in India? Please elaborate.
In the 21st century, good slimming machines are available everyday in the market. At the same time, woman habits like late night sleeping, eating junk food, which they unable to maintain are changing. So, slimming business is a good business for people.
