Brief us on the origin and concept of your brand.
We initially started our journey from Mumbai/Delhi. The concept is based on providing courier services in India and overseas, door-to-door pickup and delivery and point-to-point express distribution services. We have a comprehensive 24x7 customer care center that provides support for every query. We have systems in place for online tracking, SMS and e-mail updates of the shipment in transit. Ours is a well-developed wide network and an optimised route planning system that enables disciplined delivery. We cover the transit risks of all shipments and risk coverage can be availed on the payment of additional charges of 2 per cent of the declared value or Rs 10 whichever is higher. Also, there is a centralised building designed to support the esteemed clients in consolidating the bills of its various branches at one location.
