Why did you choose to operate via franchise model?

The franchise model that we practice grants a franchise owner to set up a business unit license which allows them to practice the recruitment business model under the umbrella of Antal International.

In America we are represented by an established recruitment organisation in all 69 states and we also plan to open our first few offices in Australia. We are looking forward for pan-India expansion especially in tier II cities.

What is the potential in hiring activity in 2013?

The research in the industry reveals that most employers in the global labour market expect varying degrees of positive hiring activity during 2013. Experienced professionals staying in the same role can expect salary increase in between 10-15 per cent while for those who are likely to change roles can expect a salary increase between 15 and 20 per cent. The shortage of talent is also driving many Indian professionals that are based offshore to consider returning home in order to capitalise on the growing employment opportunities. On the other hand, a number of MNCs are setting up new operations and are aggressively hiring professionals in India.
