Tell us about BLOSSOMS INTERNATIONAL Play School.

BLOSSOMS INTERNATIONAL Play School (pre-primary division) is a young and dynamic brand with a strong vision and drive to do the best in the segment. Our multi-talented six-member team brings world class curriculum with a thorough blend of values, culture and modern education. Blossoms aims at providing the children of one to six years of age with the best of environment, curriculum and people.

With so many foreign and established brands in this segment, how do you see the competition in this sector?

Transparent costing and balanced advice for potential franchisees is the fulcrum of our business planning. The other core competencies are a strong curriculum and prompt and proactive support system with a top down approach. It means people at the top of each vertical address your concerns. The support system is fantastic and gives us an edge in this era of competition.

What are the opportunities for the franchisees?

The opportunities are abundant, provided the aspirants are well-educated and have a clear focus on the quality and standards of operation. Apart from the immense opportunity in the play school segment, our franchisees are introduced to the world of opportunities in Day Care and Evening Clubs. Blossoms is about to launch ‘Pre Primary Teachers Training Centres’ across India and that would open a world of opportunities to our existing franchisees as well as the enthusiasts.

What all cities are you tapping for expansion?

Blossoms has started focussing on pan-India presence. We are already there in many cities in South India and Pune and we have some advanced level discussions happening for opening franchise centres across Haryana, Delhi, Maharashtra, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, and Rajasthan.

How many franchise centres do you plan to open?

Blossoms operates 20+ centres in most parts of South India. Our current centres are in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Vijayawada, Ananthapur and Raxaul. We target to open 20 more branches by this year-end. In the next five years’ time, Blossoms will emerge as one of the strongest brands catering to not just pre-schooling but diversified into various verticals in education segment viz. Teacher Training Centers, Evening Clubs, etc. which will be an added advantage for the franchise owners to expand their business into revenue growth areas.
