Seed of “HCDE” was germinated by Mrs. Susi Kala M.A, M.Phil., in the year 2007 to help the students and professionals to cherish their dream of higher education which was not fulfilled due to some circumstances. To provide the opportunity, HCDE started providing career counseling and coaching to the students who are enrolled for various courses in recognized Universities in distance education mode.

 HCDE commenced its operations in 2007, and its primary aim was to provide superior quality distance education service to young and aspiring people. HCDE Education started providing counseling and coaching services to all those students who were enrolled for various courses in recognized university through distance education programs. Now it is one of the premier institutes that provides coaching and guidance of distance education courses with a difference. The brain behind HCDE is Mrs. Susi Kala, M.A,.M.Phil., With seven years of educational sector experience, Mrs. Susi Kala is putting her heart in bringing quality changes in distance education through HCDE. Her continuous endeavor, and indomitable spirit has enabled us to provide services in many distance education courses and touch new heights.
