What is a Franchisee?

Franchisee is a right to use a specific trade mark or business Concept. While you own the business its business is governed by the terms of the franchisee agreement. The chief benefit of franchising is that you are able to capitalize on business format, Trade name & support system provided by the franchiser.

Commercial Terms
• Initial Investment & minimum stocks (as mentioned in the table bellow), to be maintained at any point of time during the term of distribution.
• Agreement tenure is for three years with a lock-in period of 18 months & a termination notice of three months from either side post the lock-in period. The agreement can be renewed on expiry upon mutual agreement
• The accredited distributor should commence business operations within 15 days from the date of signing the letter of interest.

Terms of Operations
• Terms of business is on outright purchase
• Product to be sold to end consumer only
• Sales operation to be confirmed from store registered
• The products to be displayed as per the brand guidelines & to be sold with the packaging & warranty cards provided
• Interiors & ambience to conform to the brand identity
• The store shall be manned by uniformed staff trained with the brand etiquettes & philosophy
• Monthly reports of sales & inventory movement to be prepared & submitted

On continuous sale (top up till min stock purchase level)
• One months credit from date of invoice

PDC - Penalty on dishonor or delay in release of payment 18% per annum
