Cybiz Super brands high on expansion, to open 15 outlets this fiscal

Cybiz Corp, which entered into a master franchisee agreement with Lazeez Affaire group owned by Priyank Sukhija last year, is all set to revolutionise the food and beverages industry by opening outlets aggressively.

Cybiz Super Brand, a part of Cybiz Corp which holds the master franchisee of lazeez Affaire and The Embassy restaurant in India, will be opening close to 15 restaurants at different locations in India.

“We are opening outlets in Delhi-NCR, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai and Bengaluru slowly moving towards UP-Kanpur and Lucknow, Indore, jaipur, Ludhiana amongst other,” shared Puneet Verma, Director, Cybiz Super Brand.

The group is also in talks with people at different locations and is close to seal the deal by end of this quarter, opening the outlet by 2015 end.

Meanwhile, Lazeez Affaire group owned by Priyank sukhija has some of the interesting restaurants and cafes including OTB, Boom Box, Fork You, Pizzeria Rossa, Rossa Asap, RPM, Warehouse, Flying Saucer, Scooter and newly opened Hybrid amongst other.

Cybiz Super Brand will be opening five OTB, two Fork You, The Embassy and Boom Box outlet respectively by end of this fiscal.

Commenting on the same, Tushar Gulati Quote, Franchise Owner, BoomBox Cafe, Rajouri Garden, sahred,” BoomBox Cafe has been a trendsetter and I am very confident that West Delhi People will love the ambience, music  and street style food with Boombox legacy. The cafe will open for public by Last week of July or first Week of August.”

The Embassy which is a fine dine restaurant operated by Kumar Savar Malhotra will also see some changes as the group is excited to get a revival of the brand by making it a restaurant-cum-lounge.

“We will be taking The Embassy to a next level as we will be opening a terrace area dedicated for The Embassy Lounge while the covered area will be served as a restaurant, explained Verma.

The group is investing around 1.25-2 crore in each of the cafe targeting at locations which will give them 3000-4000 sqft presence focusing on high street rather than going for a mall.

Adding to the same line, Sam Chopra, Chairman, Cybiz Corp, further clarified, “ We are not opting for mall as our preferred as mall close earlier and all our cafes are a terrace bar and lounge basically attracts the customer after 11 pm.”
