Jatinder Singh is the Head of Education and Skill Development Committee at PHD Chamber, New Delhi. He is a management expert with over 18 years of experience in organizational capacity building, training and academics. Speaking at Franchise India 2014, Jatinder Singh, Secretary, CSR, Innovation, Education & Skill Development, PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, shared his views on the sustainable business of education. He said that education in India is considered as a not-for-profit venture, but whatever is not profitable is not sustainable, therefore, there has to be some sustainable surplus, which can indirectly be the profit element.
