Small and medium enterprises have a significant role to play in augmenting the GDP growth of India in the next fiscal year
Vodafone Business Services (VBS) has launched three programmes to empower SMBs (small and medium businesses) with an annual turnover of Rs 50-500 crore in a bid to scale up productivity, minimise costs and enhance customer experience, says a PTI report.
"As a total communication solution provider, we partner with enterprise clients to make them more agile and future ready. The initiatives being launched are synergised to effectively manage rapid growth challenges - catering to evolving needs of customers, enhancing operational efficiencies and building a more connected and productive workforce," Vodafone India Director (Vodafone Business Services) Naveen Chopra told PTI.
According to VBS, small and medium enterprises have a significant role to play in augmenting the GDP growth of India in the next fiscal year.
The PTI report further stated that the company will also provide a web-based diagnostic tool that enable businesses evaluate their competitive business efficiency and take stock of their capability to deal with the volatility of today's business environment.
