In order to attract the right talent and enable organisations to maintain a competitive advantage, employers should have the perfect blend of automated recruiting technology and human involvement in the hiring process, says a PTI report.
Automated recruiting presents a world of opportunity, but technology would never replace people. It is the human involvement in the hiring process that makes the difference, according to ManpowerGroup Solutions Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).
"Recruiters, who make the most of technology by using it to connect with candidates, create stronger relationships that ultimately benefit employers," Kate Donovan, SVP, Manpower Group Solutions told PTI.
"By creating tailored, one-size-fits-one interactions with candidates and showing a genuine interest in their aspirations, recruiters can understand candidates' preferences, identify whether they are the right cultural fit for an organisation and uncover their potential to succeed in new roles," Donovan added.
