UK’s Long Run Venture is offering country’s most innovative early-stage technology companies with solutions for the Indian health, transport, media or retail sectors to apply for its latest Web Mission 2013. The mission provides an opportunity to UK’s tech-SMEs to accelerate their business in the growing Indian market.
Twenty digital, wireless and mobile entrepreneurs with potential solutions for low and middle-income populations in urban and rural India will be chosen to travel to India for exclusive advice, networking and pitching opportunities with potential partners and customers in the world’s 10th largest economy.
The firms will be taken to India’s ICT hub Bangalore and New Delhi, home to the headquarters of many of the country’s large firms during the mission.
Starting from February 2-10, 2013, the trip will be company’s eighth mission so far and first to India as it is predicted to become world’s fifth largest economy by 2020.
The registrations are open for SMEs to apply till December 9, 2012.
